What’s Included
Weekly Executive Mentoring
You will have one one hour mentoring call with me each week.
Sessions are delivered remotely via video or phone and can be scheduled flexibly, day or evening, Monday to Saturday up to 8pm.
We focus on leadership, decision making, growth strategy, business structure, systems and developing the skills, knowledge and attitude required at Managing Director level.

Monthly On Site Executive Day
Once per month I will spend a full day working with you at your business premises.
The agenda is set by you and focused on what matters most at the time. This day can be spent working directly with you or supporting your senior team.
This is hands on, practical support focused on strategy, structure, performance and execution.
