This is a rare opportunity for company directors who want real change, not advice from the sidelines. I will enter your business and work directly with you and your leadership team over a six-week period, two days a week, on site at your offices. This is a total of twelve intensive working days inside your company, supported by direct WhatsApp and phone access throughout the engagement. I operate at director level, challenging decisions, restructuring focus, rebuilding culture and implementing the same level of transformation delivered for businesses such as Prestige Roof.
To qualify, your company must be operating at a minimum of £1m to £2m in annual revenue. The expected outcome is a minimum profit increase of £250,000 in year one, with significant revenue uplift through clarity, execution and decisive leadership. The investment is £7,500 plus VAT, paid in six weekly instalments.
