Nneka Abulokwe

Nneka Abulokwe, OBE, is a British–Nigerian tech entrepreneur and pioneer in digital governance, serving as founder and CEO of MicroMax Consulting. She has built a 25‑year career advising and transforming leading multinational organizations—first as an Executive Director at Sopra Steria—and now as a highly sought-after board director and advisor for major institutions like Capita, Davies Group, Shell, the University of Cambridge, and the Ashmolean Museum. Born in London to Nigerian and Jamaican parents, raised in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, and academically grounded with a BA from the University of Port Harcourt, an MA from the University of London, and a DBA from Cranfield School of Management, she was honoured with an OBE in 2019 for her services to business. A globally recognized leader in diversity, inclusion, and sustainable tech, she has repeatedly been named among the Financial Times Top‑100 BAME tech leaders and the UK’s Powerlist of most influential Black leaders—and continues to champion people‑centric governance through speeches, mentoring, and board nominations roles
