This code protects our clients, maintains trust, and ensures the Ninja Coach brand remains a mark of excellence in business coaching, mentoring, consultancy, and training.

Professional Integrity

Act with honesty, accountability, and transparency in all coaching relationships.

  • Deliver services only in areas of proven competence and expertise.
  • Avoid false claims, misrepresentation, or misleading guarantees of results.
  • Communicate clearly, consistently, and professionally with clients.

Confidentiality, NDAs, Data & IP Protection

All client information, conversations, and materials are treated with absolute confidentiality.

  • Where required, Certified Ninja Coaches will operate under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Coaches are committed to protecting all client data, intellectual property (IP), and proprietary business information.
  • No information will be disclosed without explicit client consent, unless legally required.

Respect, Equality & Mutual Conduct

Treat all clients, colleagues, and partners with dignity, fairness, and respect.

  • Embrace diversity, equality, and inclusion in all coaching interactions.
  • Maintain a professional environment free from discrimination, harassment, or exploitation.
  • Clients are also expected to show mutual respect towards their Certified Ninja Coach.

Ethical Practice in Business Coaching

Always prioritise client well-being, growth, and outcomes over personal gain.

  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest transparently.
  • Never exploit coaching relationships for financial or personal advantage.
  • Deliver honest feedback, constructive guidance, and realistic expectations.

Professional Representation of Ninja Coach

Certified Ninja Coaches represent the Ninja Coach accreditation with professionalism.

  • All use of Ninja Coach logos, badges (Sensei, Ronin, Certified), and credentials must comply with brand guidelines.
  • All marketing and promotional content must be accurate, ethical, and aligned with Ninja Coach standards.

Continuous Development & Excellence

Engage in ongoing professional development, training, and reflection.

  • Seek feedback to improve practice and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the wider Ninja Coach community by sharing knowledge and supporting peers.

Client Partnership Standards

Define and agree on coaching services, fees, and expectations before engagement.

  • Honour all contractual commitments and professional agreements.
  • Empower clients to take ownership of their decisions and business growth.
  • Provide encouragement, guidance, and practical strategies with honesty.

Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, clients or coaches may raise the matter for review.

  • All concerns should be directed to hello@ninjacoach.co.uk.
  • Ninja Coach will ensure all disputes are handled fairly, transparently, and professionally.

Accountability & Enforcement

Any breach of this Code may lead to suspension or removal of Certified Ninja Coach status.

  • Coaches agree to cooperate with any ethical or professional review.
  • Clients have the right to report concerns where they believe a coach has acted outside this Code.
