How do I find a coach?
You can search by category, location, or keyword. Each coach has a dedicated profile that includes their background, services, pricing, and client reviews.
How do I book a session or programme?
Once you find a coach, simply click “Book Now” or “Contact Coach” to proceed. You can book and pay directly through the platform for instant confirmation.
Is there a cost to use Ninja Coach?
There is no cost to browse the directory or contact coaches. You only pay when you book a service, day rate, event, or programme.
How do I know these coaches are qualified?
All coaches are individually reviewed by our team. We also offer Ninja Coach Accreditation for those who meet our quality, ethics, and impact standards.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. After completing a session or programme, you will be invited to leave a review. Feedback helps others make informed choices and supports coach visibility.
What happens if a coach doesn’t deliver the service?
We have a dispute resolution process. If you encounter any issues, contact us at hello@ninjacoach.co.uk and we’ll assist in resolving the matter, including refund eligibility.
Can I attend live events or workshops?
Yes. Many coaches offer online and in-person events. Visit the Events section of the website to explore upcoming workshops, training days, and group programmes.

How do I advertise on Ninja Coach?
Click “Join as a Coach” and follow the steps to register. You’ll be able to create your profile, upload services and events, set your pricing, and go live once approved.
What types of professionals can join?
We welcome business coaches, consultants, mindset mentors, leadership trainers, and subject-matter experts. If you offer value that helps others or businesses grow, you’re welcome to apply.
What does it cost to list my services?
We offer competitive listing packages on monthly or annual plans. In addition, a 6% service fee is applied to bookings processed through the platform. This includes payment processing.
Can I list events or group programmes?
Yes. You can list training days, courses, retreats, webinars, and other group offers. You manage your own schedule, prices, and availability.
How do payments and payouts work?
Client payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. After deducting our 6% service fee, your payout is issued within 7 working days of the completed service or event.
What if a client disputes a payment or charges back?
If a client disputes a payment, we will investigate. You will need to provide proof of service delivery. Repeated or avoidable chargebacks may lead to withheld funds or temporary account suspension.
Do you market my listing?
Yes. We actively promote Ninja Coach through paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta, as well as aggressive on-page and off-page SEO strategies. While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, we are fully invested in platform growth and visibility.
Can I edit or update my listing anytime?
Yes. Once registered, you can log in at any time to update your listing, adjust your services or pricing, and add new events.
Can I become one of The 12?
Yes. The 12 Head Ninja Coaches are personally invited from within our network. If you demonstrate consistent impact, expertise, and leadership, you can be nominated or apply for consideration.
What support do you offer advertisers?
We provide full onboarding guidance, email and chat support, and access to marketing tips and future training. Our goal is to help you succeed and grow your coaching business through Ninja Coach.
