Hi I’m Lindsey, The Autumn Coach.

I offer support and guidance to individuals in midlife and beyond as they navigate the changing seasons of life. Many of my clients are struggling to find a sense of purpose in their lives now that their children are growing up and becoming independent. I provide a safe non-judgemental space where they can set themselves new goals and redefine their purpose.

Drawing upon my previous matchmaking experience, I specialise in dating and relationships, helping people to become the best version of themselves in preparation for dating, and to navigate through the ups and downs of their relationship.

I offer walking coaching in North East and Central London and online coaching to clients worldwide.
