Marilyn O’Hearne

Marilyn O’Hearne is an internationally recognized business mentor and coach (MA, MCC) with over 25 years’ experience empowering leaders, teams, and coaches across more than 40 countries—including the United Nations—through her culturally intelligent leadership, mentor coaching, and supervision work. She is a Thomas Leonard Achievement Award winner and was inducted into the ICF Circle of Distinction for her pioneering efforts in blending cultural intelligence and direct communication into coaching.
