My experience has been built up over a thirty-five-year business career, having founded an international manufacturing company, successfully exiting in 2013 through an MBO, and then embarking on a business coaching career. Trained in ILM Level (7) Leadership and Senior Management Coaching standards, and having worked with over seventy companies, I bring extensive coaching experience to help develop yourself and your business. The coachees’ transitional developments cultivate through a variety of diverse programmes: leadership and management training, 1:2:1 business coaching the Growth Accelerator programme or the Manufacturing Growth Programme, whichever suits the clients’ specific requirements.
