At the core of the Ninja Coach Franchise network are 12 Head Ninja Coaches — the founding franchisees who represent the spirit of excellence across the UK and beyond.
The UK franchise model is divided into 12 exclusive regional territories:
- 9 regions across England
- 1 region in Scotland
- 1 region in Wales
- 1 region in Northern Ireland
Each region is led by a Head Ninja Coach who manages local operations, training programmes, coach registrations, advertising listings, and events.
Until each franchise area is officially secured, all 12 regions are managed directly by our CEO, Bradley Chapman, ensuring national consistency, quality control, and strategic growth from the heart of the brand.
Every registered coach requiring Ninja Coach Accredited Training comes under their regional franchisee (or directly under HQ until appointed), creating a powerful ecosystem of collaboration and profit-sharing.
Once the twelve UK territories are complete, expansion continues into Dubai, the USA, and Canada, marking the next phase of our international growth.
