I’m a certified ADHD coach and a late-diagnosed ADHDer myself, helping my clients untangle the chaos of everyday challenges. Up until I was 36, I thought of myself as lazy, disorganised and too emotional – that was until I got diagnosed with ADHD. That moment was life-changing and now my mission is to help others discover how special their brain wiring really is.
I truly believe that coaching is not about fixing what’s broken but about learning what your strengths are and how to use them in order to make life easier. All ADHDers can thrive in the right environment and I can help you create yours step by step.
My sessions are a safe space for you to work on what truly matters. Partnering with me is like having an ally who understands the challenges and celebrates even the smallest victories.
Session details
I start with a free 30-min discovery call, after which each session takes 1h and we meet on Google Meet 2-4 times per month. The length of each process depends on individual needs. You will always receive session reminders and I will share some extra materials and recommendations with you.
I take a holistic approach to mental health and believe that even the smallest habits may impact how we cope with our symptoms. I help my clients create their own tailor-made toolbox and achieve their goals, whether it’s career advancement or change, getting their everyday life in order or personal growth.
