Averil Leimon

Averil Leimon is a Scottish‑born clinical psychologist, leadership coach, author, and executive coach based in the UK, celebrated as one of the first UK experts trained in positive psychology. She holds a BA in Psychology from Strathclyde University and an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the University of Glasgow, and in 2002 co-founded the White Water Group consultancy to bring rigorous, science‑based coaching to leaders and teams.
