Lee Chambers is a British business psychologist, entrepreneur, and accredited coach (MSc, MBPsS, ACC), renowned for founding PhenomGames, Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing, and Male Allies UK. After overcoming severe illness that left him temporarily unable to walk, he sold his gaming business, launched two purpose-driven ventures, and became a leading voice on workplace wellbeing, inclusive leadership, and male allyship. A respected keynote speaker and media contributor featured in Vogue, The Guardian, Newsweek, and the BBC, he’s been honoured as a Marie Claire Future Shaper, UN Women Changemaker, Kavli Fellow of the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, and UK Black Cultural Archives inductee.
