I am a Leadership Coach and professional trainer who works with business leaders (and owners) who struggle with confidence in their ability to lead teams and need to GET BETTER results fast !
What separates me from other Coaches is that I ONLY focus on leaders/managers in organisations and I bring expertise from a background in business leadership & senior HR roles combined with a deep passion for supporting leaders to achieve greater success through their people. I can offer a blend of coaching, mentoring and training – always bespoke to what you need.
I specialise in supporting people with those HR/People situations which emerge in their teams. This may mean we look at your leadership style, natural preferences, how you communicate , in addition to solving the situation at hand.
