Business Coach
POA

I am an award-winning ADHD and Executive Function Coach, mentor and psychologist (GMBPsS).

I work with neurodivergent individuals who want to understand how their minds truly operate and translate their strengths into clarity, confidence and consistent performance. My work focuses not only on executive function, but also on identity and nervous system regulation – the deeper foundations that shape how we think, act and lead our lives.

My interest in ADHD and executive function began both professionally and personally. Having experienced executive function challenges myself, I became deeply interested in how attention, emotion and identity influence the way people think, work and relate to the world. I was also struck by how often neurodivergent individuals felt misunderstood or unsupported, despite their capabilities.

More than 20 years ago, I began mentoring students in my hometown of Athens, Greece. After moving to London, my work expanded internationally. To date, I have delivered over 10,000 coaching hours, supporting more than 1,000 individuals across over 10 countries.

My approach integrates executive function coaching, neuroscience-informed methods, identity work and nervous system awareness, coaching clients develop sustainable ways of thinking, organising and performing that align with how their mind naturally works.

My work has been recognised internationally:
In 2024, I was awarded Most Supportive ADHD and Executive Function Coach by the Business Elite Awards.
In 2023, I received the Business Awards UK recognition for Diversity, Inclusion and Leadership Development Training.
In 2021, I was selected as one of the Brainz Global 500 leaders, recognised for my work supporting neurodivergent communities.

I am currently writing a book on ADHD and executive function, exploring how individuals can develop confidence, organisation, productivity, and flow in their work and daily life.

My wider aim is to support neurodivergent individuals around the world to live with greater self-understanding, confidence and intention, and to contribute to a future where neurodiversity is better understood and supported across education, work and society.

Training, qualifications & experience

With over 20 years of experience in education, coaching and mentoring, I have delivered more than 10,000 coaching hours, supporting over 1,000 individuals across more than 10 countries.

I coach internationally with neurodivergent individuals, students, professionals, high achievers, business owners and leaders, as well as with families, educational institutions and organisations seeking to better understand and support neurodiversity.

My clients include students, entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals, senior leaders and high-net-worth individuals, as well as organisations looking to develop more inclusive and supportive environments for neurodivergent talent.

My work integrates executive function coaching, identity work and nervous system regulation to support sustainable and meaningful change.

Many neurodivergent individuals already understand what they should do, yet still experience challenges with consistency, emotional regulation or follow-through. Traditional productivity strategies often overlook how attention, identity and the nervous system interact.

My approach combines neuroscience-informed coaching, polyvagal and somatic awareness, and practical executive function strategies to coach clients in understanding how their mind operates and developing systems that work with their brain rather than against it.

Through this work, clients develop greater clarity, confidence, emotional regulation and consistent performance across their studies, careers, leadership roles and personal lives.
